The Mitchell Center co-presents Aurora Picture Show’s annual multimedia festival featuring artists who incorporate audio/visual technology with live performance. Liquid Light to the Laptop pays tribute to the multimedia spectacle of the psychedelic light show as an art form that revolutionized rock concerts, influenced popular culture and paved the way for the real-time visual culture of today.

With additional support from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Houston Arts Alliance, and the Film Department at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
