CWMCA Administrative Offices:
- Come to UH central campus and turn into Entrance 16 off Cullen Boulevard (if you are coming from I-45, it will be on your left, just past Elgin).
- At the first stop sign make a left into Parking Lot 16.
- Please use the section on the left marked ‘hourly parking'.
- Walk across the street toward the UH campus.
- The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Building is just across from Parking Lot 16, between the Moores School of Music and the Fine Arts Building.
- The Mitchell Center administrative offices are located in Suite 209 on the second floor.

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Building houses the Center’s administrative offices, as well as the Lyndall Finley Wortham Theatre, the José Quintero Lab Theatre, and the facilities of the School of Theatre and Dance. The building underwent a major expansion and renovation project led by Austin-based architectural firm Lake | Flato in 2005. This construction project enhanced the lobby space of the existing School of Theatre, added two new rehearsal spaces, and provided a second story office suite for the Mitchell Center. The building was renamed the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts in October 2006, honoring Mrs. Mitchell whose long-standing love of the arts has been so evident throughout her life.
