This year, the UH Arts Open House coincides with the second day of Cougar First Impressions and offers a sneak peek of the UH Arts Fall season.

Join us for live music by the Men of Moores, the UH Jazz Quartet, Jennifer Keeney’s flute quartet and a preview of Tali Morgulis’ studio performance class. Glass Mountain, the undergraduate literary journal of the University of Houston Creative Writing Program, will read their work and the School of Art and TLC2 Artist in Residence Chuck Ivy will demonstrate his InfraRed Musical Activity (IRMA).

Tours of the UH Public Art Collection will be provided by Blaffer Art Museum docents, the Moores School of Music will offer tours of the Moores Opera House and the School of Theatre and Dance will have Lyndall Finley Wortham Theatre available for view.
